We are currently seeking a Business Analyst in our Finance department. The business analyst primary responsibilities are:
· To gather, validate, analyze and administer our newly implemented time tracking system (Replicon)
· Act as a backup to the Payroll Manager (ADP PayXpert).
· Day to day maintenance of the system along with analysis of time management reports to enable senior management to make decision on client profitability.
· Serve as a liaison between the business units, finance and the technology team.
· Monitor and document all issues associated with the Time-tracking system and work with varies business partners to prioritize and resolve these issues.
· Ad hoc and special projects.

Required Experience
* College Degree in Business Administration
* Experience with a Time Tracking Package a plus
* Prior experience with ADP Payroll Software (PayXpert) and Check-Mate, ADP Reporting and I-Pay a plus
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
* Experience or involvment in major software projects
