This Senior Analyst will serve as the Business Analyst and primary contact with the customer working to understand the business needs and identify technology solutions to enhance/support workflow and monitor and report on progress toward identified goals and objectives, process/service improvements and best practice efforts. This position will work closely with the development, support, infrastructure and workflow teams as well as assist in the coordination, planning and implementation of projects.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Information Technology experience – 1 year or more
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience – 1 year or more
- Analytical/Problem Solving Skills
