IT Business Analyst – Moline, IL
Position Description:
Positions in this function work in the business analysis phase of the system development cycle and consult with users to define business processes and the information systems for supporting those processes. For employees working in the analysis phase to prepare detailed specifications, use the Systems Analysis function.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years Facets knowledge required, specifically in Claims and/or Enrollment configuration
- 1+ years experience documenting business requirements
- 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst
- 3+ years experience with creating test documentation and execution of those tests
Assets:
- Knowledge of APC and DRG grouping software preferred
- Knowledge of UHC River Valley processes preferred
- Project Management skills preferred
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
