Sr. Technology Liaison / Strategic Business Analyst – Iselin,NJ Job Summary: · Provides information and helps resolve user problems regarding department systems. · Acts as a liaison between the business and IT personnel to support the units technology needs; represent user area in all system enhancements and design activities. · Reviews user requests, conducts data gathering interviews, documents business specifications, and manages technology projects until completion. Functional Responsibilities: · Oversees very large/critical technology projects, typically spanning the entire organization or include various and distinct Lines of Business · Serves as a liaison between the business and the IT area, translating varied business needs into application software requirements. · Oversees projects that include various phases and large project teams. · Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, lead project meetings. · Provides updates to senior leadership regarding project status and the application and implementation of technology. · Determines specific business application software requirements to address complex and varied business needs and analyses and designs solutions to complex and varied Designs, implements, and monitors the progress of initiatives, milestones, and budgets to ensure timeliness and deliverables are met. · Manages critical relationships with IT, consultants and vendors, internal end users, and business customers/ leadership.

Typical Experience: · 5+ years of related work experience, i.e. Business Systems Analyst / Business Project reengineering. · Experience with Broker Dealer systems preferred. · Should have FINRA Series 7 or obtain one within first 12 months. · In addition, must be able to design and deliver training on new system/system changes. · Working knowledge of Adobe LiveCycle a plus. · Bachelors degree preferred. FINRA Registration Required- FINRA Series 7 or obtain one within first 12 months.
