Project Consulting Role: 12 months with possible extensions

 

 Senior Business Analyst – Web2.0 Community Management

• Define and document roles, responsibilities and processes to support the new Community Management function in the pilot markets

• Create strong process documentation: Functional org charts, process flow diagrams, workflow diagrams in Visio

• Define all process documentation without existing process/structure/documentation in place; working from scratch.

• Gain consensus on process definition among all business participants

 

Performance Objectives 

• Drive process and requirements management in a highly autonomous way throughout the entire project lifecycle

• Elicit and gather requirements by working closely and building relationships with business stakeholders / representatives through group meetings and individual sessions

• Analyze and frame requirements in relation to business, technical, and systems aspects

• Gain consensus on requirements among all business participants

• Create clear requirements documentation using standardized templates, MS Visio, and MS Word

• Communicate requirements with all stakeholders and obtain signoff

• Coordinate project aspects in relation to work estimates, requirements management, scheduling

• Effectively manage scope against project objectives and trace scope changes

• Effectively communicate status, risks and issues to the Lead Business Analyst

• Trace individual area requirements through to the testing phase / Create and execute test cases to test for purpose

• Coordinate with testing teams and UAT during testing phase

• Effectively navigate Web portal / Web 2.0 technologies and concepts – previous experience highly desirable
