Collective Genius (www.collective-genius.com) is currently seeking a Business Analyst / Consultant to drive change with an innovative high-growth health and wellness company. On this project you’ll be improving a call center application by defining process and gathering software requirements to help health advisors better serve their customers by improving their health and well-being.
Qualifications:
- Previous call center process and application experience in a formal Business Analyst capacity.
- Successful software requirements elicitation and documentation (group sessions and individual interviews)
- Successful translation of high level business requirements into low level functional specifications/requirements for use by software developers
- Self-Driven and able to work in a highly autonomous fashion with little supervision across an enterprise at the executive and staff levels.
