In this role you’ll be working with an innovative high performance company in the web 2.0 and cloud computing space in a very client facing role to empower companies ability to deliver their message and innovate by working cross functionally to ensure communication and action in a variety of software implementation projects.
Performance Objectives
- Elicit and build user requirements via individual interviews, remote interviews, and facilitated workshops
- Create business requirement and technical specification documentation
- Act as a liaison between technical, business, client, and internal groups
- Create requirements planning documentation
- Create business process design documentation (process maps, workflow diagrams, swim lane etc.)
- ID gaps, opportunities, and provide recommendations/input on project scope
High priority competencies
- Excellent client facing and internal communication abilities
- Strong cross-group process facilitation ability
- Salesforce.com backend configuration and set up experience
- Strong cultural fit: (entrepreneurial, fast-paced, high-performance, fun)
Desired
- Experience in web based Java, .NET, SaaS environments
