Collective Genius (www.collective-genius.com) is currently seeking a Business Analyst to drive change with a high performance team where business analysis is a highly valued role. On this project you’ll be improving the ability of people in both business and technology groups to be effective and efficient in their work by acting as a driving force and communicator for enterprise process initiatives and software development.
Objectives: Elicit requirements, perform process analysis, and create process documentation (Visio, process flow, swim lane, etc.) in relation to BPM projects and initiatives Elicit requirements, perform analysis, and create documentation for data flows and mapping Elicit requirements, perform analysis, and create documentation for software development Facilitate communication and action between cross-functional business and technical teams Quality assurance test plan, test case creation, and execution High priority competencies Highly self motivated/directed and able to work in an autonomous environment Process orientation Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Desired but not required Legal Systems experience CBAP or other formal BA certification / training
