Collective Genius (www.collective-genius.com) is currently seeking a Business Analyst to drive change with a high performance team where business analysis is a highly valued role. One of our current clients is looking for a contract-to-hire business analyst to help them build out a new department within an established company that will be focused on creating more effective and efficient claims systems to reduce waste and benefit their plan members. There is a lot of opportunity to have a high degree of impact surrounding systems requirements and cross-functional group interaction/communication in this role.
Performance Objectives
Gain an understanding of the Rx claims system and business process within the first 30 days
Scope enhancements with stakeholders, complete scope documentation and estimate. Complete
detailed system requirements within the first 60-90 days
Elicit, gather, and document business and detailed system requirements for enhancements to the
claims system from business groups/end users for use by development(≈60%)
Support enhancements and coordinate with QA/UAT/Release etc (≈20%)
Coordinate and act as a liaison between groups for clarification/change controls etc. (≈20%)
