Collective Genius (www.collective-genius.com) is currently searching for a long-term consultant to work with a multinational pharmaceutical company. In this role you would be working with clients to elicit and document requirements to help ensure the compliance and safety of pharmaceutical products. There is a lot of opportunity to have a high degree of impact in this critical and high priority project as a liaison between business and technical groups. This is a one year project working with a strong management and business analysis team including Collective Genius and training partner support. The role is located in CT with flexible hours, partial remote work arrangements, and travel options available.

| Elicit and document requirements independently for a compliance and regulatory project |
| Lead facilitated requirements sessions |
| Act as a liaison and bridge the gap between functional business and technical groups |
| Plan and execute a move of requirements management to Quality Center Tool |
| Review business requirements for changes that have come up during functional requirements, and the same for functional requirements through design. |
| Managing change control requests – impact analysis: cost to business, criticality to business, and sign off.
