Collective Genius (www.collective-genius.com) is currently searching for a contract to hire business analyst to help implement a next generation field services mobile application for a growing group in an established company. In this role you would be working with internal clients to elicit, gather, and document requirements and bridge the gap between business and technical groups. There is a lot of opportunity to have a high degree of impact as a liaison between business and technical groups in this role. This is a six month contract-to-hire project with competitive rates and benefits available.

| Gain and understanding of the systems and develop/document procedures |
| Develop clear statements of need |
| Bridge between functional units and technology groups to build consensus on solutions |
| Elicit and document solution approaches |
| Manage requirements in relation to the SDLC / Requirements methodology |
