Collective Genius (www.collective-genius.com) is currently looking to connect a Business Analyst with
a leader in the consumer goods space. In this role you would be driving requirements for a new social
media application and be a primary liaison across business and technical groups.
This is long term consulting role (10+ months) with the possibility of contract to hire and provides
competitive compensation including benefits.
Performance Objectives:
Elicit and gather requirements by working closely and building relationships with business
stakeholders / representatives through group meeting and individual sessions
Analyze and frame requirements in relation to business, technical, and systems aspects (use case)
Analyze and frame requirements in relation to process and workflows
Create Data Maps
Gain Consensus on requirements among all business participants / Communicate requirements and obtain signoff
High priority competencies:
Self-Driven, pro-active, and able to work in a highly autonomous fashion with little supervision
High level of attention to detail / Analytical orientation
Previous experience navigating complex systems / environments
Strong technical BA or development background
Desired but not required:
Consumer facing software development project experience (eCommerce, B2C web)
ARIS experience
Quality Assurance ability
