Collective Genius (www.collective-genius.com) is currently looking to connect an intermediate level Business Analyst with a well established client organization that’s growing their BA practice. In this role you would be driving requirements for software and process across a wide variety of systems in the organization and acting as a primary liaison across business and technical groups.
This is a regular full time employee opening and provides competitive compensation including full benefits.
Performance objectives:
• Elicit, gather, prioritize, and document software requirements for a broad range of new application and off the shelf applications (use case experience desired)
• ID process and workflow / Develop process documentation
• Plan and execute quality assurance testing.
Qualifications / Competencies:
• 4+ year track record of success in a business analysis role
• 2+ year track record of success in quality assurance functions
• Highly adaptable and able to work with a high level of autonomy
• Excellent time management and prioritization
• Pro-active BA approach / Able to develop options
Desired but not required
• Lean / six sigma experience
