Performance Objectives:
- Elicit, gather, and document business and technical requirements for online and mobile applications
- Manage requirements lifecycle in an agile software environment
- Coordinate communication across multiple business and technology groups
High priority qualifications / Talents:
- 3+ years of business analysis in web based application development environments
- Strong technical business analysis experience
- Agile development environment experience
- Able to work in an autonomous environment
- Able to manage change / highly flexible and adaptable
