Collective Genius (www.collective-genius.com) is currently looking to connect an enterprise BA with a growing healthcare group. In this role you would be helping leadership to envision and implement a large scale system and process resizing project.
This is a consulting position in the Twin Cities area with competitive compensation and benefits available.
Performance Objectives
• Pro-actively elicit business requirements via structured facilitated sessions and interviews with executive stakeholders and end users
• Define and clearly document high level requirements, future states, process diagrams, use cases and related documentation
• Act as a communications facilitator between business, technology, and end user groups
• Proactively facilitate solutions design/problem solving between groups
High priority talents and skills
• 3+ years of successful enterprise level business analysis
• 10+ years of total related analysis/project experience
• Proficient in gathering and documenting non-functional requirements
• Collaborative and pro-active orientation
• Highly organized and process driven
• Strong communications practices
• Able to navigate conflict, establish credibility, and build consensus
