In this role you would be working with internal clients to elicit, gather, and document requirements and bridge the gap between business and technical groups. There is a lot of opportunity to have a high degree of impact as a liaison between business and technical groups in this role. This is a six month contract-to-hire project with competitive rates and benefits available.

In this role you would be working with clients to elicit and document requirements to help ensure the compliance and safety of pharmaceutical products. There is a lot of opportunity to have a high degree of impact in this critical and high priority project as a liaison between business and technical groups. This is a one year project working with a strong management and business analysis team including Collective Genius and training partner support. The role is located in CT with flexible hours, partial remote work arrangements, and travel options available.

Work with marketing and other business functional groups to elicit, gather, and document Use Cases and Requirements for a communications portal project and corporate web site redesign projects

Identify interdependencies across business and technical groups

Translate business and functional requirements into technical requirements for use by IT/development groups

Facilitate negotiation and build consensus across groups

Support UX and Architecture resources in requirements validation

Support Quality Control, Testing, UAT activities

Ability to manage across geographically distributed teams

Able to effectively work with non-technical business groups

Able to work autonomously / self-directed

Able to navigate ambiguity effectively

• Responsible for capturing the current methods used by each pilot market to report commerce (Gi3) • metrics.

• Facilitate elicitation of requirements from representatives from the pilot markets and global business and technical SMEs

• Capturing data, reporting requirements, and early learning related to pilot results from a community and commerce perspective.

• Define requirements and capture information that will set up the next phase aimed at tying community and commerce perspectives together

• Create related data models and (desired) write and run SQL queries
