We are currently seeking a Business Analyst in our Finance department.​ The business analyst primary responsibilities are:

· To gather, validate, analyze and administer our newly implemented time tracking system (Replicon)

· Act as a backup to the Payroll Manager (ADP PayXpert).​

· Day to day maintenance of the system along with analysis of time management reports to enable senior management to make decision on client profitability.​

· Serve as a liaison between the business units, finance and the technology team.​

· Monitor and document all issues associated with the Time-tracking system and work with varies business partners to prioritize and resolve these issues.​

· Ad hoc and special projects.​

Position Overview:

Achievement First is currently seeking an entrepreneurial and analytic Director of Data Practices to build upon and institutionalize cutting edge data practices at a leading charter management organization committed to using data to drive instructional improvement in classrooms. AF is seeking candidates who have experience in advising organizational leaders on how to understand, analyze, and act on essential data to drive continuous improvement and higher levels of student outcomes. The Director of Data Practices reports directly to the Chief Information Officer as part of Team Data, and provides critical analysis and consulting across the entire Achievement First organization – from school operations personnel and principals to the Superintendents and co-CEOs. Working collaboratively with school leaders across the organization, this role provides an exciting opportunity for someone with a deep background in data-driven decision making and strong analytic skills to contribute to the continued growth and success of Achievement First.

Responsibilities of the Director of Data Practices will include, but are not limited to:

• Advise school and network leaders on using data to improve instructional planning and drive students’ achievement
